Never Miss Twice

We are not perfect, but we must choose to be consistent. Consistency is greater than perfection. Consistency is like compounding interest: building into something HUGE over time one little daily investment at a time. You are not a monk. You are not perfect. You don't have to be. Ate Five Guys? Have something healthy the very next meal. Missed a workout today? Make sure you get after it tomorrow. Got upset? Point out something you're grateful for when you calm back down. Our path is NOT about perfection. This doesn't exist. The pressure of being perfect is ridiculous to expect of ourselves. But we CAN be consistent. We NEED to be. The wealth, wellness, vitality, and happiness that comes from consistency is why we are here together. As Clear writes, " The first mistake is never the one that ruins you.
