It's not one thing that changes everything for the better for you. This is a lie people who want you to buy their stuff try to sell you.
It's not the mindset, the workout, the diet, the supplements, or the stuff you buy that will change your life.
It's not your WHY, your passion, your level of motivation, your grit, your faith, or the value you provide to your family and to others that will create lasting joy for you.
It is ALL of these things working together.
It's not that your life is "complex", it's that there are a significant number of layers between you and self-actualization.
It's extremely easy to get lost in the layers.
It's extremely easy to lay blame on where you grew up, how you were raised, the relationship you're in, or all the opportunities other people have and you don't (and some of this might even be true).
It's extremely easy to be a consumer instead of being a producer, to be "busy" instead of doing actual hard work that scares you (and pleases you when done successfully), to know what kind of "stuff" you want instead of to know who you are.
You do not have to save the world or build the next great company. You do not need to leave a legacy that will be remembered hundreds or thousands of years from now. You do not need to be a famous celebrity, or a social media star with 100K+ followers, or build a "brand", or write a book, or be an entrepreneur.
What you need is patience, love, empathy and curiosity. What you need to do is forgive yourself of your past. What you need to do is give up your "victim status" and take ownership for everything going right AND wrong in your life.
What you need to do is to understand that each move you make, or don't make, matters when it comes to your feelings of self-worth and fulfillment.
It is not "one thing" in your life. It's all the things. It's your WAY of life that breeds either contentment or frustration.
What do you enjoy producing the most? Focus there.
What is currently causing you the most angst in your life? Solve it.
Repeat this process over and over again, always, daily, into perpetuity.
To feel successful, you must be accountable. Hugs.
